These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of conference.netevia.com (the “Site”), including ticket purchases and participation in Netevia conferences. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Site purpose
The Site provides conference information, registration, and ticket sales for Netevia events. Ticket sales are handled through WooCommerce and connected payment providers.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to purchase tickets.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- Registration information should be accurate and current.
3. Tickets, pricing, and checkout
- Ticket types, pricing, inclusions, and availability are shown on the Site at the time of purchase.
- Taxes or fees may apply depending on location and checkout settings.
- A purchase is complete only after successful payment and confirmation.
4. No refunds / all sales final
Conference tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated on the Site or in writing for a particular event or ticket class. Please review ticket details carefully before purchasing.
5. Event changes or cancellation
Conference details (dates, venues, agenda, speakers, format, or session availability) may change. If the event must be rescheduled, moved, or adjusted, information will be posted on the Site and/or emailed to attendees using the contact details on file.
6. Attendee conduct
You agree to participate in a professional and respectful manner. The Site and conference are intended to be safe, productive environments for attendees, staff, vendors, and partners. Conduct that disrupts the event, violates law, or interferes with others may result in removal from the event without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, videos, and materials—is owned by Netevia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit Site content except for personal, non-commercial use related to your attendance.
Conference presentations and materials may be subject to separate rights held by speakers or sponsors.
8. Photography and recording
Events may include photography, video, or audio recording. Attendance may imply consent to being incidentally captured in general event media used for typical conference documentation or promotion, unless an event-specific rule states otherwise.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (payment providers, maps, hotels, sponsors, analytics). Those services operate under their own terms and policies. The Site is not responsible for third-party platforms you choose to use.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Site may be updated, interrupted, or changed without notice. To the extent allowed by law, there are no warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or conference attendance. Liability for direct damages, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the ticket giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operators, event organizers, and related parties from claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law applies.

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
